Penny and her husband live in the N. Ca. Sierra foothills. She enjoys hiking along with their black German Shepherd and taking trips to the Mendocino coast.

Boni LaValley is a partner certified coach and career strategist.
Boni LaValley is a Professional Certified Coach with the International Coach Federation (ICF) and has furthered her coaching credentials through studies in Neurobiology for Coaching with the Tony Robbins Coach Academy.
Coaching, consulting, and mentoring is what Boni calls her “third act” career. An accomplished coach and entrepreneur, she brings a wealth of experience, skill and education, which combine to serve 2Actify’s clients in developing and advancing their professional careers.
Boni’s degrees include a BA in English Literature from UC Berkeley and a MS in Environmental Systems Engineering from Humboldt State University. She brings both creative and analytical thinking skills to all she does, providing 2Actify clients with a unique and valuable perspective on career advancement.
